Every first Monday in May, the Met Gala showcases its “superbowl of fashion”. We expect this year’s 2023 theme, “Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty,” to honor the fashion designer in a big way. The designer’s passing in 2019 left a huge void in the fashion world and honoring him at fashion’s biggest night will live up to all its hype.
